Once your payment is confirmed and the secure cloud download link is transmitted, we cannot accept any requests for refunds, exchanges, or order modifications under any circumstances.

3. UNSANCTIONED CHARGEBACKS

Any unauthorized chargebacks or dispute claims filed through your credit card issuer or payment provider (such as Stripe or PayPal) stating "unauthorized transaction" or "product not received" when successful email logs exist will be heavily contested with full technological audit logs provided by our compliance department.
