All digital products, including but not limited to Notion templates, digital guides, design assets, and text, are the intellectual property of Globix Flow Inc. Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for your personal or specified commercial use depending on the license purchased. You may not resell the source files as your own unless explicitly stated under a Master Resell Rights (MRR) or Private Label Rights (PLR) license.

3. PAYMENT AND BILLING

All payments are securely processed through our authorized third-party payment gateways (including Stripe and PayPal). You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase and account information for all transactions.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Globix Flow Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use our digital services.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
